The customer called for service after receiving a letter regarding abnormally high and constant water usage. After arriving we confirmed the water usage on the water meter and commenced with an electronic leak detection to diagnose the problem and get together a plan to stop the leak. After careful assessment a reroute was performed with Pex pipe eliminating the leaking line in the slab.
